Guide to Healthy Kids Dr. Fadwa, Pharm.D., 1 December 202219 May 2024 This generation of young people deals with a lot of stressors that prior generations generally did not have to (i.e., hyper sexualization, gender identity crises, school shootings, etc.). These stressors can cause brain inflammation, making them anxious and scared. If your child is acting out or being disrespectful, remember that they are hurting – they need your heart, love, and attention. I want to discuss three factors that affect children’s health and may cause them to act out. Children may be affected by environmental factors. Glyphosate (weed killer that is in everything, including our food), and the 5G that is everywhere, affect their health and increase oxidative stress. If you find that your children are rebellious or out of control, good supplements can calm them enough to listen to you so that you can parent them effectively. Certainly, we need to discipline our children, but if the rules and discipline in your home aren’t taking things in a positive direction, something else might be going on at the cellular level. Another thing that may affect children negatively is music. The beats and lyrics of today’s music are often dark, sad, and demonic. These negative vibrations stress our bodies even more. Try to keep an ear to what your kids are listening to, and try to encourage them toward more edifying styles of music. Thirdly, constant exposure to electronics can affect your kids both physically and mentally. Don’t give your kids free reign on phones or tablets; put a screening app on. Also, pay attention to what they’re watching on tv; today’s programming contains a lot of messages about the LGBTQ agenda, which is against God’s order. In summary, it’s vital to get your kids on sound supplements, limit their 5G exposure, and pay attention to what they are consuming with their eyes and ears. These simple things can go a long way to counteracting the negative influences our culture and environment have on them every day. Blog
